JMH Consulting Chooses Intelliworks to Manage Prospects and Communication at Emory University

Emory Center for Lifelong Learning to Use CRM for Prospect Management, Automated Communications and Marketing

Rockville, MD– June 8, 2009 – Intelliworks, Inc., a leading provider of relationship management and marketing software for higher education, today announced that JMH Consulting, Inc. has chosen the Intelliworks CRM platform and marketing automation solution to track marketing and conversions for Emory University’s Center for Lifelong Learning.

Emory University is a top-ranked research university, located in Druid Hills, a suburb of Atlanta. The University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees through nine liberal arts and professional schools. The Center for Lifelong Learning is Emory’s non-credit certificate education program. JMH Consulting is contracted by the institution to manage ECLL’s Professional Learning Programs, including the program’s website development, online marketing and curriculum development.

“One of the reasons we selected Intelliworks is its ease of use and configurability,” said Jan Rattia of JMH Consulting and full-time Manager of Emory Corporate Learning. “The system will allow us to centralize data gathering and support an enterprise marketing strategy for the center.”

Emory was able to get started quickly and with little-to-no investment of time from their IT staff. Due to its intuitive user interface and software-as-a-service platform, Rattia and his team were able to get started on the system right away. They plan to immediately start creating email marketing campaigns and developing automated communication plans through Intelliworks Marketing Automation.
