Intelliworks users can now work seamlessly within their preferred email client by downloading our new plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. The Intelliworks Outlook Plug-In creates a seamless link between your Intelliworks contact management system and your Microsoft Outlook email client to manage easily day-to-day communications with constituents, and respond quickly to student inquiries, while capturing each interaction within your records.

With a single click, attach incoming and outgoing emails from your Outlook client to the appropriate contact record in Intelliworks. You decide which emails are relevant and can upload them directly to a record’s contact log. This will allow all interactions to be tracked, and provide the student or constituent with personalized and relevant service the next time they contact an institution.
Create New Contacts
If an email comes in from a contact that does not already exist in Intelliworks, the Outlook Plug-In creates a new record dynamically within the Intelliworks tenant and begins tracking interactions.
Manage and Synchronize Cases
If a contact exists within Intelliworks, users can instantly create a new interaction case for that contact or add to an existing ongoing case with one click of a button to continue a previous interaction.
Create Appointments and Tasks
The Intelliworks Outlook Plug-In also allows you to manage appointments and tasks within Outlook and have those events synchronized within the Intelliworks platform as well.
