Intelliworks can help you leverage your data across applications through our application program interface (API) that allows for integration with other software systems. Integration allows you to pass data either to or from Intelliworks to another system of record at your institution.

By integrating Intelliworks with other systems used by your institution you can assure that your information is up-to-date across all your systems, and save time by avoiding or limiting data imports and exports.

Intelliworks will work closely with your institution to define the scope of your integration project. Our planning meetings can be conducted through conference calls, or face-to-face meetings with you and your team to determine the goals and objectives of your project.  Intelliworks will dedicate resources to work in tandem with your technical teams for development and testing, and deployment of your fully integrated solution.

Intelliworks has experience integrating with a wide variety of systems including:

  • One-way or bi-directional exchange of information.
  • SIS populates Intelliworks with data and Intelliworks serves as a front-end marketing tool.
  • Intelliworks services prospect management tool which populate SIS at a specified time/lifecycle event.

  • Provide holistic program management for non-traditional programs not dependent on Student Information Systems.
  • Intelliworks program and course information can be replicated in the CMS (eg. Blackboard).
  • Registrations and course information are automatically populated in the CMS.

  • Intelliworks offers a number of integration options through its robust API architecture.
  • Integrations may include financial systems, student portals, lead qualification, telephony systems and other Web-based interfaces.
