BEST PRACTICES FOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

HOW TO ENHANCE COURSE REGISTRATION

An introduction to Program Admissions

As most admissions and enrollment professionals for small undergraduate and non-traditional programs can attest, the challenges of using disparate systems to market their offerings and manage course registration are vast. With adult learners students being the most difficult student population to reach and retain, admissions and enrollment managers in higher education must find way to improve operational efficiency and better manage course offerings. Hosted by Intelliworks, this presentation features:

  • A discussion on challenges using disparate systems for certificate and non-degree course and program management
  • A review of trends in recruiting and retaining adult learners
  • An introduction to new program management capabilities from Intelliworks
